Rules of accommodation

1. The hotel operates 24 hours a day.
2. Check-out time at the hotel is 12:00. Check in time is 14:00.
3. The presence of any animals in the hotel is prohibited.
4. Smoking in rooms, as well as in public places, chrome equipped for this place, is prohibited.
5. To ensure the safety of residents of the hotel, visitors enter the hotel using personal identification documents, the residents' entrance is carried out on the guest's card.
6. Each room has an individual safe. Use of the safe is free of charge.
7. Valuable things can be deposited by the hotel, by free renting a cell in a deposit box in the reception and accommodation service.
8. The hotel provides free parking spaces.
9. The main services of the hotel:

• accommodation in the room of the chosen category,
• breakfast buffet,
• provision of safe deposit box,
• providing an iron with ironing board in the ironing room,
• parking facilities,
• Wi-Fi,
• use of the outdoor swimming pool,

10. Current cleaning (cleaning of dust, removal of debris, washing of glasses and cups, cleaning of bathrooms, cleaning of beds) is carried out daily, replenishment of toiletries - as they are used (except for shampoos), but not more than 1 time per day.
11. Additional cleaning of the room or replacement of bed linen, bathrobes, towels is an additional service and is paid separately.
12. Change of towels is made daily, bed linen - once every three days.
13. When settling in, a Russian citizen or a foreign citizen provides an identity document. A foreign citizen also provides: a visa (if it is available, including if there is a visa that is not pasted into the document of the foreign citizen, which certifies the person), a migration card (for a foreign citizen temporarily staying in the Russian Federation). Documents certifying the identity of citizens include a passport of a citizen or a birth certificate of a child.
14. All citizens who settle in the hotel, the hotel administration puts on the migration account in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
15. Children under 18 years can be accommodated in the hotel only with adults (parents or accompanying by proxy).
16. Information about the personal data of guests is confidential.
    The hotel ensures the confidentiality of personal data and must not allow their distribution to third parties without the consent of the guest or other legal grounds.
17. As a general rule, the contract for the provision of hotel services ends at 12:00 on the last day of the stay.
    In case of delayed departure of the guest (if there are available rooms in the hotel, if necessary, the guest can be provided with another number), the payment for the stay is charged in the following order:

    From 12:00 to 18:00 hours - a fee for half a day;
    From 18:00 hours and later - the fee for a full day.
    The hotel provides an hourly rate, the cost of one hour is regulated by the current price list at the time of stay. The hotel has a restaurant "Alexander". Working hours are from 08:00 to 24:00 (in the winter), 24 hours a day (in the summer).

The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast, which is included in the price. In addition to the Swedish line, the restaurant takes orders from guests on the menu, including a room-service.
